Community First Project partnered with the Collin County Sheriff’s Department to deliver advanced critical incident response training designed to keep both deputies and the community safer.

Throughout the course, deputies engaged in dynamic, scenario-driven exercises that emphasized decision-making in high-pressure situations. Training modules focused on threat assessment, effective communication during volatile encounters, active shooter response, and strategies for managing rapidly evolving incidents.

By providing high-quality instruction at no cost, Community First Project continues to ensure that law enforcement agencies like Collin County have the tools and preparation necessary to respond when lives are on the line.
